The Education and Training Service Centre, Iceland
The Education and Training Service Centre in Iceland (The ETSC) develops and supports learning pathways for people who have not completed upper secondary school level education. One of the main focus areas for the ETSC is validation of prior learning.
The role of the ETSC in NOVA is to identify good practice on procedures. The partners in ETSC are also responsible for the internal evaluation of the project.
Globedu, Finland
GlobEdu in Finland is a sole proprietorship focusing on consultancy and training on education policy issues in Finland and abroad. The main policy areas are validation of non-formal and informal learning, lifelong guidance and quality assurance.
GlobEdu is responsible for the comparative report and policy recommendations in the project.
The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education
The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MYH) in Sweden is a national agency responsible for the Swedish Qualifications Framework. The agency is also the Swedish National Coordination point for the European Qualifications Framework. The agency is responsible for coordinating the work with validation arrangements nationally and regionally, and for supporting the industry organisations in their work with validation.
MYH is the project coordinator and is responsible for the framework and methodology work and the support tools in NOVA Nordic.
